Check the compatibility of your smartphone model with Hutch VoLTE enabled device.
Upgraded the OS of the handset with the latest software provided by your handset manufacturer.

Activate your VoLTE switch in the phone.
For Android:
Android: Setting > Connections > Mobile networks > Enable Volte calls
For users with Dual-SIM handsets, Hutch SIM should be inserted in the SIM slot with data capability and
network mode as “4G/3G/2G (Auto)”.
For Apple:
Setting > Cellular > Cellular Data options > Voice and Data > enable Volte

Android users can see the “VoLTE” icon on the top bar of the screen, which indicates that their phone is ready for VoLTE calls.
