  • How is my Hutch Pro Plan better?

    Hutch Pro Plan provides great value for money with a choice of Combo, Data and Voice packages. The preference depends on the requirement of the user.

  • When does My Plan expire?

    As you renew your plan, you can continue to use the package. If you decide to discontinue the package, your deposit will be refunded.



  • Check Your Bill

    Do you wish to check your balance data volume or your bill value? If so simply follow the steps mentioned below. From Mobiles: Dial *444#. From Dongles/Tabs: SMS DEF to 444.

  • Duplicate Bills

    If you are in need of a duplicate bill, you could follow any of the following methods. Walk into any one of our Hutch shops located island wide to collect a copy of your duplicate bill.
    Charges applicable are mentioned below – Summary bill – Free of Charge – Detailed bill – Rs. 300/-
    Call our customer service hotline on 1788 and place your request for a detailed bill to be sent via e-mail.

  • E- Bill

    How to request for e-bill services
    New customers: All you have to do is mention your email address on the Subscriber Enrollment Form at the point of obtaining the new Hutch post-paid connection.
    Existing customers:
    If you wish to receive your bill in your inbox, you could follow any of the following activities;
    1. Send the below-mentioned SMS short code from your Hutch post-paid number and convert to e-bill services. Your EmailID and send to 111 (i.e. EBILL XXXX@HUTCHISON.LK)
    2. Visit any one of our Hutch shops situated island wide and submit a request.
    3. Call our customer service hotline on 1788 and request for e-bill service.

  • Bill Delivery Channels

    Get you bill via e-mail Get a PDF version of your bill sent straight to your email inbox each month. You’ll get your email within a few days from the bill generation and it enables you to be able to easily save them online and save a few trees at the same time. Get your bill via the postal service The monthly bill will be posted via the local postal services to your corresponding address mentioned in the Subscriber Application Form. If you wish to change the corresponding address, Please visit any one of our Hutch shops situated island wide.
