If you are in need of a duplicate bill, you could follow any of the following methods. Walk into any one of our Hutch shops located island wide to collect a copy of your duplicate bill.
Charges applicable are mentioned below – Summary bill – Free of Charge – Detailed bill – Rs. 300/-
Call our customer service hotline on 1788 and place your request for a detailed bill to be sent via e-mail.

Get your bill via e-mail Get a PDF version of your bill sent straight to your email inbox each month. You’ll get your within a few days from the bill generation, be able to easily file them online and save a few trees at the same time.
New customers: All you have to do is mention your email address on the Subscriber Enrolment Form at the point of obtaining the new Hutch post-paid connection.

Get your bill via the postal service The monthly bill will be posted via the local postal services to your corresponding address mentioned in the Subscriber Application Form. If you wish to change the corresponding address, Please visit any one of our Hutch shops situated island wide.
