If it is not, order your 4G SIM using any of the following methods FREE of charge.

4G SIM OUTLETSAll you need to do is carry your NIC, Driving License or Passport as proof of identification when visiting an outlet, and a new replacement SIM will be issued and activated within a few minutes.
You can also order the SIM online and get it delivered to you Free of charge by clicking here.
If you are visiting a Hutch Flagship Store or a Dealer point, you would need to provide written request with proof of ID of the registered owner of the connection.
Or, with valid registered owner verifications details, proceed with the DIY activation method.
This can be done via the device contact menu prior to changing the SIM.
