This plan is designed to offer you an Non-Stop video streaming with maximum video resolution of 360p.
9. If I browse content by clicking a link on FB wall feed, will I be charged or be eligible for under the usage of this plan?
The usage will be eligible under this plan if;
Usage that is eligible under this plan is if you are browsing content without going out of FB to view the content.
You will be charged if
The link that you have accessed directs you out of the FB app to view the content. Ex: you click on a YouTube video that opens on the browser or YouTube app will not be eligible for this usage.

Yes, these plans will be valid for both Hutch 4G & 3G networks without restriction.
4. Are these plans available for both Prepaid / Postpaid customers?
Currently they are available only for prepaid users. We will soon enable it for postpaid users to enjoy as well.
6. Can I use these content through app & browser both?
Yes, there is no restrictions on the platform used to access these content offered on this plan.
8. What usage on WhatsApp are eligible under this plan?
All the services of WhatsApp such as chat, voice call & video calls are eligible.
10. Can I use Facebook or WhatsApp while using mobile hotspot?
Yes, You can. However if you are using Facebook or WhatsApp on the hotspot simultaneously while using a heavy data consuming activity on another device, you may experience delays on loading & video quality degradation.

Yes, there are no restrictions on the platform used to access these two applications from this plan.
7. What usage on WhatsApp are eligible under this plan?
All the services of WhatsApp such as chat, voice call & video calls are eligible.
9. What if I have a cliQ plan activated on the app while having a Facebook + WhatsApp plan?
FB/WhatsApp usage will be deducted from Facebook + WhatsApp plan and other usages will be deducted from the cliQ plan.

6. Will FB messenger usage also be eligible?
Yes, FB messenger is also included in our plans. You may enjoy FB messenger services with this plan such as chats, voice calls & video calls.

Yes, this plan will be valid for both Hutch 4G & 3G networks without restriction.

5. Why do I get charged from my other balances?
When connected to the internet from a smartphone or laptop, your device may have background apps running that require data. If you do not want this to happen, you may have to disable permission for background data usage in settings.
7. What if I have a cliQ plan activated on the app while having a YouTube plan?
Usage will be deducted from any active cliQ plan on the app, and then from the YouTube plan once cliQ plan FUQ is reached or validity is lapsed.
9. What If I activate the plan on a screen larger than 5 inches?
You would still receive the benefit of Non-Stop YouTube but the experience may be slightly degraded due to lower picture resolution.
11. Can I use YouTube while using mobile hotspot?
Yes, You can. However if you are using YouTube on more than one device in the hotspot simultaneously, you may experience some video buffering.
13. Do you have other plans that offer a higher video resolution?
Non-Stop YouTube will be offered only on this plan at the moment. It is advised to activate a standard data plan if you require a higher video resolution.

Your video experience may be degraded due to video buffering and slower loading time.
